Genbaku-Dome(Atomic bomb Dome)Project
Let's make a model of the Genbaku-Dome!

　On August 6th,1945, an atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima in Japan . Over two hundred thousand people were killed. The bomb's hypocenter was directly above a building called The Hiroshima Prefectural Industrial Promotion Hall. Now, the building is known as The Genbaku-Dome. It is the legacy of this tragic event.We, the students of Ogano and Chichibu Senior High School in Japan, are appealing to friends all over the world to promote peace by making their own models of the Genbaku-Dome.
